We strongly encourage you to use the Allstate digital tools and other resources for self-service. As an Allstate customer, you have access to your policies online via the Allstate MyAccount site (www.allstate.com/myaccount). If you have not done so, this is a good time to download the Allstate app as well to access your policies from your smart phone.

We can complete any policy review over the phone or with a video chat service. We will consider in-person meetings on a case-by-case basis.
