Charley Todd – CEO
Charley took over leadership of TTI in 2015 and has been continually passionate about redefining what’s possible in the insurance industry. Whether it’s preparing for tech disruption, making improvements to team culture, employee benefits, or positioning the agency for where the market will shift next, Charley is most motivated by creating an environment that builds great careers.

Andrew Filar – COO
Andrew joined Ted Todd Insurance in May of 2015 and quickly set his sights on overhauling the agency’s sales process. After three consecutive record sales years, Andrew was promoted to Director of Operations and focused on driving efficiency and continued improvement through new business practices. A year later he led expansion into the state of Georgia and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer where he aims to future-proof the business and attain steady and sustainable growth for the next decade.

Danny Trejo – CFO
Danny has been with Ted Todd Insurance since 2011 and started as a member of the TTI financial product team. After getting fully licensed he managed the agency’s office in Sarasota and was later promoted to take over marketing for the whole organization. Currently, Danny is the CFO for the agency, leveraging his finance and family business degree from Stetson University. When he’s not managing our financial goals you can find him playing with his new puppy Milo.

Jodi Marturano – Organizational Performance
Jodi joined the team in 2013 and has been an integral role in the organization’s success. Jodi is not only the head of the Human Resources Department but is also the Project Manager. With an extensive background in HR and Organizational Performance, Jodi is able to use her skills to guarantee all staff are reaching their maximum potential.

Kelsey Hawker – Human Resources and Compliance Officer
Kelsey has been with Ted Todd Insurance since 2016 and is the youngest manager in the company. Starting as an intern, she was quickly promoted three times and is currently revolutionizing TTI’s Compliance and Underwriting processes to drive efficiency and growth in an ethical way. When she’s not keeping the books clean, she’s completing coursework to earn her master’s in human resources management. Kelsey’s goal is to continuously improve the culture and employee experience at TTI. These lists minimize Kelsey’s contribution – She is a key team player and always steps up when needed.

Deja Martin – Head of Talent Acquisition
Deja started with the team in November 2018 as our Head of Talent Acquisition. Coming from a background in IT Staffing and Accounting and Finance Staffing Management, she is leveraging her sourcing and recruiting skills to find top talent for TTI. Her first hire joined the team in February and has proven to be a strong addition to the team. When she’s not sliding in LinkedIn DM’s and working on the on boarding process, she is spending time with her 4-year-old son. With her dedication to the agency, determination and optimistic attitude, we know that she will bring on a team of winners.

Peter Godley – Director of Sales
Peter joined the Ted Todd Insurance family in 2016 as a sales agent. Entering the industry at 19, Peter has a deep understanding of insurance sales strategy. After years of a successful sales track record, Peter was promoted to Sales Manager and chosen to help pioneer the new Atlanta agency expansion. With only opening their doors in July, Peter was able to develop and lead the new sales team to be the highest producing team in all of Georgia in 2018. He was then promoted to Director of Sales and now looks over both the Georgia sales department as well as the Florida sales department.

Carissa McElligott- Director of Customer Experience
Carissa joined the TTI team in March of 2016. Having just completed her degree in business management, she joined the Customer Service team in Bonita Springs with no insurance experience. Her motivation has always been to work hard and set your goals high. She spent much of her first year working along side Ted Todd, learning the ins and outs of insurance and was soon promoted to Office Manager of the Fort Myers, FL location. She was the top producing manager of any office for the 11 months she was in the position. She then took over her current role as Director of Client Services, with the goal of creating an exceptional experience for our clients and her team as well. Her knack for critical thinking has helped the team develop new ideas and stream line current processes.

Latanya Carter – Client Partner
Latanya started with TTI in 2018 when they expanded to the Atlanta area. With 7 years of insurance experience so far, Latanya is a key leader on the Customer Service team. In her role she strives to ensure that quality service exceeds customer expectations and she continuously captures feedback to improve the customer experience. Her positive attitude and bright smile brings fun to the workplace.

Patrick Oliver – Client Partner
Patrick has been an agent at the Marilyn Todd Agency since September of 2018. Patrick’s primary role is to ensure that his clients are properly protected. Patrick has been in insurance for a total of 5 years, with experience in personal lines, commercial lines and life insurance. Patrick’s positive attitude helps lead the culture on the team and he is always ready to participate in company events. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports (Falcons, Bulldogs, Braves and Hawks). He is also a middle school football coach at Kennesaw Mountain. Patrick enjoys spending time with his family.

Ryan Hill – Sales Manager
Ryan helped open the Ted Todd Insurance Atlanta office in May 2018 and quickly became one of the top sales agents within the company and Metro Atlanta. He won the GA Top Producer Award in 2018 and in July 2019, broke the agency sales record with 104 policies sold. Ryan grew up in Metro Atlanta and went to Emory University and has lived in the city ever since. Ryan prides himself on treating every client like his best friend and always goes the extra mile to give the best customer experience possible.

Riche Laguerre – Sales Representative
Riche started with Ted Todd Insurance in 2016 and quickly grew to be one of the top sales agents within the company. Entering the industry without any prior insurance experience, his work ethic and self-discipline transitioned him from customer service to the sales team in just a matter of months. Unbeknownst to him, a few months later, he would be breaking sales records to gradually go on to win the first ever Rookie Salesman of the Year award and setting the bar for new sales agents. Riche is a key member of TTI’s expansion to the Atlanta area and continues to be an essential part of the sales culture.

Robert Stallworth – Sales Representative
Robert has been a sales agent at the Marilyn Todd Agency since September 2019. Robert’s primary role is helping customers achieve their Property, Casualty, and Life insurance coverage needs. Robert has been in the insurance industry for 7 years. Initially finding success working in the Senior Health Care market as a Broker/Agent, he has now set his sights on being a Trusted Advisor with Allstate. Originally from South Carolina, he has called Georgia home for 20 years now. Robert brings an upbeat, positive and professional attitude to the job each day. Daniel Visconti – Sales Representative
Daniel joined the team in October 2019. His primary goal is to ensure his clients have the protection they need in times of disaster. Prior to joining the team, Daniel worked as an independent insurance agent specializing in mortgage protection, final expense, and life insurance. He wanted to join a team that could provide him the resources he needs to succeed at a high level and thought that the largest Allstate agency in Georgia was a good fit. Daniel graduated from the University of Georgia in May 2010 and spends his fall’s watching the Dawgs play!
